Why True Gratitude Is Important

Recently I’ve been working to cultivate a stronger sense of gratitude within myself.

It’s something I’ve been working on as part of my own self-development.

I’ve had this sense and have known intellectually for a long time that being in a state of gratitude was a good thing.

And up until now, I thought I had been doing a pretty good job living with a sense of gratitude.

I’ve always considered myself to be a grateful person and have been able to quickly recognize the things in my life (and in others) to be grateful for.
I remind myself (and others) about them often.
I’ve always made a daily effort to consciously be aware of the good things in my life and take time to reflect and thank my Higher Power.
And I’ve always looked for the good in any situation and have encouraged others to do the same.

But, what I’ve come to realize is that living in a true state of gratitude is being grateful for not only the good things in your life, but ALL THINGS.

Sounds simple, right?

How many times in the past week have you been able to receive ALL THINGS in your life with thankfulness? Be honest.

Even the job loss.
Even the impending layoff.
The job you didn’t get.
The budget cuts.
Not getting the raise you thought.
Your less than ideal work environment.
The difficult co-worker.
Your boss.
Your underperforming team.
The burnout you’re feeling.
You feeling like an inadequate parent.
Your in-laws.
Your difficult relationships.

Here’s the reality – most of us don’t welcome negative things into our life with open arms and gratitude.

Instead, we tend to choose to only be grateful for the good things.

But what I want to offer to you is that when you can truly start to receive ALL THINGS in your life with gratitude, you will experience major positive shifts in your life.

This isn’t just some woo-woo nonsense either.
This is scientifically proven.

Truly being in a state of gratitude will raise your vibration which will then attract more positive things, people, and opportunities into your life.

Period.

I work with my clients on this all the time.
And every time they get more in return.

And now we get to take it to the next level.
